Werkstudent Field Service Operations & Koordination (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential telecommunications infrastructure organization seeking a working student to support their field service operations in Hamburg. In this role, you will:

• Support the coordination and scheduling of service orders, customer cases, and technical field deployments
• Process service requests, cases, and tickets within ticketing and CRM systems
• Coordinate and dispatch both internal technicians and external service partners
• Assist with monitoring service-level objectives and operational reporting
• Track the progress of service disruptions, work orders, and escalations
• Contribute ideas for process optimization and service quality improvements

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a university or technical college, ideally in a business or technical degree program
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Initiative, eagerness to learn, and a hands-on mentality
• Previous experience in telecommunications, service operations, or field coordination is a plus but not required
• German language proficiency required for this role
