Senior Cloud Product Manager (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cloud infrastructure provider seeking a Senior Cloud Product Manager to join their growing team on a remote basis within Germany. This is a rare greenfield opportunity within an established organization—you'll help build a new product from the ground up while leveraging existing company infrastructure and resources.

As the voice of the market and customers, you'll own the product vision and roadmap end-to-end, working in a small, focused team where speed and AI-enabled productivity are central to how we operate. You'll translate market needs into actionable requirements, sequence roadmap priorities for maximum impact, and serve as the central point of contact across engineering, sales, support, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of product roadmap—from high-level strategy through prioritization to delivery
• Establish and maintain feedback channels with customer-facing teams to capture market and user needs
• Translate insights into a compelling product vision and detailed requirements that development teams can execute confidently
• Work closely with UX partners to shape optimal user experiences
• Engage in technical discussions across the full stack, understanding product architecture and uncovering blockers
• Build and refine processes where needed, integrating with existing finance and infrastructure workflows
• Present progress and strategic updates to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
• Establish a product-driven roadmap spanning at least two years with measurable KPIs
• Drive data-informed prioritization using A/B testing and agile frameworks

What We're Looking For

• Extensive senior-level product management experience, ideally in cloud or IT infrastructure environments
• Proven track record of end-to-end product ownership—strategy through delivery, not supporting roles
• Solid technical understanding of cloud-native architecture: containers, Kubernetes, microservices, cloud infrastructure
• Ability to hold your own in technical discussions with engineering teams
• Experience with data-driven prioritization, A/B testing, and agile methodologies (Scrum or similar)
• Track record as central liaison between engineering, sales, support, and leadership
• Confident, habitual use of AI tools in product ideation and daily workflows
• High degree of independence and composure in ambiguous, greenfield environments
• Ability to rapidly build deep understanding of new domains, products, and technologies
• Professional fluency in English (working language); German skills are a plus
• Experience with pricing and packaging strategies is advantageous
• Product management certifications (CSPO, Pragmatic Institute) or degrees in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering are beneficial
