About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential B2B travel technology company in their search for a Technical Partnerships Manager to join their Corporate Travel team in Berlin. Our client operates a global marketplace platform connecting transportation providers with major online retailers. This role sits at the intersection of technical delivery and partnership management, requiring someone who can translate complex API requirements while driving strategic relationships forward.
This is a remote-first position based in Germany, with preference for candidates who can work from Berlin headquarters when needed.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical expert during pre-sales engagements to evaluate partner needs and demonstrate platform capabilities
- Guide partners through API integration processes, ensuring smooth implementation that meets certification standards
- Gather technical requirements from external partners and translate them into actionable specifications for internal development teams
- Drive end-to-end delivery of custom development projects, managing timelines, stakeholders, and go-live execution
- Leverage partner feedback to influence ongoing product development of core API and integration tools
- Own long-term technical relationships with partners to drive collaboration and product engagement
- Manage cross-functional coordination challenges across internal and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a technology or software company
- Deep exposure to API integrations with confidence navigating documentation, sprint cycles, and system architecture (coding experience not required)
- Experience in corporate travel, transportation, logistics, or travel agency environments is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical complexity for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to take ownership and thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are advantageous
- Willingness to travel for business as needed
