Senior Technical Product Manager, Rail Integrations (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential transportation technology client in their search for a Senior Technical Product Manager specializing in Rail Integrations. This is a remote-first role with the option to work hybrid from Berlin if preferred.

Our client operates a B2B marketplace platform connecting ground transportation providers across 70+ countries with major online travel retailers. Following recent significant funding, they are scaling their Supply domain and need an experienced product leader to drive carrier onboarding and integration innovation.

Responsibilities

• Extend platform functionalities to enable new business opportunities across rail carrier integrations
• Own the complete scoping and management process for onboarding new carriers, with focus on expansion throughout Asia
• Drive automation and innovation for existing inventory and API products used by major industry players
• Take a leadership role in defining and challenging strategic product decisions
• Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives
• Contribute process improvements across team workflows, reporting, and project management systems
• Potentially lead and mentor a small team of technical product managers or analysts

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Rail industry experience is mandatory, with hands-on exposure to PICO API, OSDM, or other European rail carrier and transportation industry standards
• 4+ years of product management experience with strong technical exposure to APIs and data products
• Proven track record of stakeholder management and influencing without direct authority, including at C-level
• Solid experience across product, process, project, and people management within cross-functional teams
• Technical background or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Fluent English, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing small teams of technical product managers or analysts, or readiness to step into such a role
• Experience with complex, high-scale products
• Demonstrated ability to coach, unblock, and develop team members
