About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential climate tech organization that is expanding its presence in the UK market. Our talent team is seeking an Outbound Sales Intern to join their Berlin office and drive B2B customer acquisition across the energy sector.

This internship offers hands-on experience in outbound sales, relationship building, and market development within a fast-growing technology environment. You'll work directly with heating contractors, solar installers, and other energy industry partners to introduce innovative software solutions that are transforming how these businesses operate.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and develop relationships with B2B customers including heating contractors and solar installers through proactive outreach
• Execute multi-channel customer acquisition strategies with a primary focus on outbound calling, trade show activities, and LinkedIn engagement
• Generate qualified appointments and conduct product demonstrations that clearly address prospect needs
• Identify new market opportunities, potential projects, and partnership possibilities that contribute to growth in the UK market
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform market positioning and strategy
• Collaborate with product and expansion teams to relay customer feedback that shapes software development

What We're Looking For

• Passion for software sales and comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented approach with high personal performance standards
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and confidently guide stakeholder conversations
• Enthusiasm for the energy transition and championing innovative climate solutions
• Fluent English language skills (required for UK market engagement)
• Experience with HubSpot or similar lead generation tools is a plus
• Availability starting January 2027
