About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential healthcare technology organization that is transforming how mental health professionals deliver care across the United States. We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists who want to build or expand their private practice with comprehensive administrative and technological support.
This is an exceptional opportunity for clinicians who value flexibility and want to focus on patient care while our client handles insurance credentialing, billing, claims processing, and practice management infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Provide mental health therapy services to clients either in-person or via telehealth
- Set and maintain your own schedule based on your availability and caseload preferences
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions appropriate to client needs
- Maintain clinical documentation and treatment records
- Participate in the platform's practice management system or integrate your existing tools
- Build and grow your patient caseload with marketing and operational support
What We're Looking For
- Active Masters Level licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Valid license to practice in your state of residence
- NPI Number and Individual Malpractice Insurance (guidance available if you need to obtain these)
- Commitment to providing accessible, quality mental health care
- Ability to manage your own practice schedule and client load
- Comfort with technology platforms for telehealth and practice management
How We Work With You
When you apply through Get A Job.ai, our recruiting team will conduct an initial screening to understand your licensure, practice goals, and scheduling preferences. We will then submit qualified candidates to our client for consideration. Please do not contact the client directly, as all communication must go through our team to ensure a smooth process.
This role offers maximum flexibility—you control your hours, whether you see clients remotely or in-person, and how many patients you take on. Our client provides the infrastructure, credentialing with major insurance networks, billing support, and practice growth resources.
Pay
Compensation is based on the number of clients you serve and your fee structure. Specific pay details will be discussed during the interview process, as this is a practice-building opportunity rather than a traditional salaried role.
Equal Employment Opportunity: Get A Job.ai and our clients are committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments. We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds, and we provide reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities throughout the recruitment process.
