About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential enterprise software client in their search for a Solution Advisor, Professional Services based in Israel. Our client is a rapidly growing platform in the procurement technology space, serving global enterprises and driving digital transformation in finance operations.

This is not a traditional consulting role. You will serve as the primary engagement lead for enterprise clients following their initial implementation, acting as both a product expert and a strategic partner in procurement transformation. You'll work with some of the world's largest organizations to drive platform expansion, optimize configurations, and ensure long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-implementation engagements as the main point of contact for system expansion, enhancements, and stabilization initiatives
• Configure and customize the platform to solve complex business requirements without deep technical coding
• Deliver high-impact training sessions to empower stakeholders to independently navigate and manage the system
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to channel customer feedback into the product roadmap
• Partner with Account Management to ensure long-term client health and satisfaction
• Continuously refine service delivery models to maximize customer value and adoption
• Balance strategic executive relationships with hands-on configuration work

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in ERP/P2P Systems, Procurement, Finance, Tax, Operations Consulting, Managed Services, or B2B SaaS implementation/account management
• Direct experience implementing or administering ERP or procurement systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Sage, or QuickBooks
• Proven ability to manage customer expectations professionally, including tactfully pushing back on requests when necessary while maintaining high satisfaction levels
• Extreme attention to detail and a proactive mindset that anticipates client needs before they arise
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for leading client meetings and stakeholder workshops
• Comfort working at both strategic and tactical levels—building configurations while managing executive relationships
• Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to roll up your sleeves
