Wir vertreten einen etablierten Kunden im Bereich digitales Marketing und Talent-Management mit Standort in Berlin. Unser Mandant sucht eine/n Artist Manager / Influencer Manager (m/w/d), der/die kreative Talente betreut und strategische Partnerschaften aufbaut.
Diese Rolle bietet die Möglichkeit, eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten, innovative Content-Formate mitzugestalten und Teil eines dynamischen Teams zu werden. Sie arbeiten mit modernen Software-Systemen und haben direkten Kontakt zu Künstlern, Influencern und Kooperationspartnern.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Erste Ansprechperson für betreute Talente – Betreuung, Beratung und strategische Unterstützung im Alltag
- Akquise neuer Kooperationspartner, Erstellung von Angeboten und Bearbeitung eingehender Anfragen
- Verhandlung von Verträgen und Preisen mit Anbietern und Dienstleistern
- Entwicklung von Content-Konzepten und -Formaten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Talenten
- Koordination und Planung von Einsätzen zwischen Talenten und Partnern
- Identifikation und Akquise neuer Talente für bestehende und zukünftige Projekte
- Unterstützung bei der langfristigen Karriereentwicklung der betreuten Künstler und Influencer
Was wir suchen
- Mindestens 1–3 Jahre Erfahrung im Influencer Marketing, Online Marketing oder in einer Digital-, Social Media- oder PR-Agentur
- Gespür für aktuelle Digital- und Konsumententrends
- Sicherer Umgang mit allen gängigen Social-Media-Plattformen und Online-Communities
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Social-Media- und Influencer-Marketing-Kampagnen
- Hohe Kreativität, Organisationstalent und Eigenmotivation
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Teamplayer mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Leidenschaft für die Betreuung kreativer Talente
