Wir vertreten einen dynamischen Kunden aus der Entertainment-Branche in Berlin, der eine/n Werkstudent/in Content Creator / Brandface (m/w/d) sucht. In dieser Rolle werden Sie direkt vor Ort besondere Momente einfangen und das Theatererlebnis auf Social Media für tausende Menschen lebendig machen.

Standort: Berlin
Aufgaben
- Sie teilen Einblicke in den Theateralltag und machen das Theater online erlebbar
- Sie erzählen Geschichten rund um das Theater, die Shows und seine Menschen
- Sie setzen in Abstimmung mit dem Marketingteam die Social Media-Strategie vor Ort um
- Sie entwickeln eigene Content-Ideen und setzen diese kreativ um
- Sie repräsentieren Social Media im Theater und animieren andere dazu, Inhalte im Rahmen der Guidelines zu teilen
- Sie bauen eine engagierte Community auf
Was wir suchen
- Sie studieren aktuell im Medien- oder Marketingbereich und begeistern sich für Theater, Musicals und Shows - oder Sie studieren darstellende Künste und haben eine Affinität für Social Media
- Sie haben Spaß an Social Media, ein hohes Plattform-Verständnis v.a. für Instagram und sind immer auf dem aktuellen Stand hinsichtlich Trends
- Sie können kreativ denken und authentisch Geschichten erzählen, aber auch den Dreh organisatorisch umsetzen
- Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich in einem abgestimmten Rahmen
- Sie fühlen sich vor der Kamera wohl und können andere begeistern, gemeinsam Content umzusetzen
- Vorteilhaft: Erfahrung mit gängigen Apps für Grafik- und Video-Produktion (z.B. Canva, CapCut) sowie Social Media-Management (z.B. Business Suite)

Vergütung
Die Vergütung wird direkt vom Arbeitgeber festgelegt und beträgt 1.000–1.300€ brutto/Monat, je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Zusätzliche Benefits umfassen flexible Arbeitszeiten, mobiles Arbeiten, Zuschuss zur betrieblichen Altersvorsorge sowie Mitarbeiterrabatte und Freikarten für Shows.
