About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential PropTech organization that is transforming residential property management in the German-speaking market. Our client manages thousands of units nationwide and combines proprietary AI-driven software with experienced professionals and strong operational support teams.

This is a Senior Property Administrator role (WEG-Verwalter:in) focused on strategic ownership community management rather than administrative chaos. You'll work 100% remotely or from Hamburg, with true location flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowner association boards (Beiräte), building trusted relationships and guiding communities throughout the year
• Lead hybrid and digital owner assemblies using the client's proprietary software platform
• Act as a liaison between property management operations and the product development team, contributing insights to improve automation and user experience
• Optionally support business development efforts with attractive incentives for new client acquisition

What We're Looking For

• Required certification: Certified Property Manager per § 26a WEG or equivalent qualification
• Proven professional experience in WEG (residential ownership community) administration with deep knowledge of industry challenges
• Ownership mentality—you want to actively rethink processes rather than simply follow procedures
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey competence and reliability to boards and stakeholders
• Fluency in German is essential for this role
