Rev Ops Tooling Manager – Top of Funnel (f/m/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing fintech organization in Berlin that is building best-in-class revenue operations infrastructure. This role owns the top-of-funnel tooling ecosystem—marketing automation, lead management, sales engagement platforms, and AI-powered productivity tools—and will be responsible for diagnosing current gaps and rebuilding critical systems to support high-performing growth and sales development teams.

You will set the strategic roadmap for this domain, working closely with growth, business development, and sales development stakeholders whose pipeline quality depends on the decisions you make. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Systems, you will operate with significant autonomy and weekly goal-based check-ins rather than close oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) to support campaign management and email marketing as the backbone of top-of-funnel motion
• Design and maintain tooling that supports multi-channel lead handoffs from marketing, product, and sales into Salesforce, including integration tools to ensure infrastructure supports team SLAs
• Administer Salesforce's Lead, Contact, and campaign influence layer, diagnosing and fixing gaps in current routing and attribution logic
• Partner with growth, BDR, SDR, and partnerships teams to translate business requirements into system changes
• Run sales productivity tooling including AI-powered platforms, managing onboarding and offboarding for commercial users
• Monitor system performance, resolve bugs, and ship fixes in partnership with engineering teams
• Act as the internal and vendor-facing subject matter expert for top-of-funnel tooling, continuously experimenting to keep the stack best-in-class

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 4+ years of experience administering a marketing automation platform (HubSpot or equivalent) and Salesforce, including lead routing and lifecycle management, in a B2B SaaS environment
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Experience with AI productivity tooling such as workflow automation and conversation intelligence platforms
• Fluent English (native or C2 level)

Preferred:

• Experience with lead routing or lifecycle management tooling
• Experience working with APIs and engineering teams
