Senior Sales Executive (Remote)

We are representing a confidential hospitality technology company in their search for a Senior Sales Executive to join their growing team remotely from Berlin. Our client is a global leader in hotel commerce solutions, and this role offers the chance to work with innovative SaaS products that directly impact how accommodation providers manage their business and revenue.

As a recruiter working with this employer, we're looking for a driven sales professional who thrives in a remote environment and is passionate about building client relationships in the travel and hospitality sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through product demonstration to contract closing
• Create new business opportunities and identify upsell potential with existing customers
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets
• Prepare accurate quotes and deliver professional presentations to prospective clients
• Negotiate contracts while balancing client value and company profitability
• Maintain detailed records of all business development activities in the CRM system
• Gather and relay client feedback to product teams for continuous improvement
• Represent the company at industry events and collaborate with local travel associations (occasional travel required)

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales
• Fluent German (minimum C2 level)
• Professional proficiency in English
• Confident phone presence and strong virtual meeting facilitation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Self-motivated with resilience and consistent performance drive
• Growth mindset with openness to coaching and feedback
• Strong listening skills and ability to understand client needs

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and will include an attractive base salary plus uncapped commission structure.
