Influencer Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential e-commerce agency in Stuttgart that is expanding into TikTok Shop commerce. This is not a traditional social media role—you'll be the architect building their entire TikTok commerce operation from the ground up. You'll connect performance marketing, creator networks, and TikTok Shop infrastructure into a revenue-generating engine for clients. This is a foundational role where you'll establish processes, strategy, and execution frameworks that will scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement TikTok Shop strategies for clients from zero to full launch
• Build the technical infrastructure for TikTok Shop operations, handling both strategic planning and hands-on execution in the initial phase
• Monitor platform trends and new features, translating them into successful sales campaigns
• Establish social commerce as a core agency offering with defined KPIs and measurement frameworks
• Create reporting structures that communicate performance clearly to stakeholders
• Own the entire TikTok commerce vertical as it grows from startup phase to scaled operations

What We're Looking For

• Several years of hands-on TikTok marketing experience with proven success building TikTok channels or shops
• Deep expertise in TikTok Ads Manager, platform algorithms, and technical workflows around TikTok Shop
• Strong execution skills—you don't just strategize, you build and implement technical foundations yourself
• Data-driven decision maker who can interpret analytics, maintain oversight across metrics, and present findings clearly to management
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently, drive initiatives proactively, and explain complex processes simply
• Fluency in German required for this Stuttgart-based role
