This position offers the opportunity to work as a dedicated Microsoft resource, supporting sales teams and customers with licensing, renewals, and modern cloud solutions. You'll serve as a consultative expert helping organizations navigate their Microsoft technology investments.

Location: Israel or United States

Responsibilities

• Function as a dedicated consultative resource for sales teams and customers, providing Microsoft solution recommendations aligned with business goals
• Deliver industry-based insights focusing on customer pain points and modern Microsoft solutions
• Provide Microsoft Volume Licensing product, pricing, and program guidance to account managers and customers
• Manage inbound support requests from account managers in a timely and efficient manner
• Position professional and managed services to support Microsoft adoption and utilization
• Stay current on Microsoft programs, technical knowledge, market trends, and operational models
• Engage in opportunity conversations with customers to build additional value and recommend appropriate services

What We're Looking For

• Knowledge of Microsoft lifecycle and renewals processes
• Familiarity with Microsoft Volume Licensing programs and structures
• Comfort presenting to internal teams and stakeholders
• Strong consultative and relationship-building skills
• Ability to efficiently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Customer-focused mindset with a desire to forge lasting relationships
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available)
