Customer Support Advisor – Oura (Remote in Portugal )

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential wearable technology company seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join their remote team in Portugal. This role offers the chance to support users of innovative health-tracking devices used by millions globally, helping customers optimize their experience with cutting-edge wellness technology.

This is a permanent, work-from-home position with rotational shifts between 8am - 8pm, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues related to purchase, orders, shipping, device setup, connectivity, and warranties with precision and care
• Provide premium customer service through chat, email, and phone channels, responding to inquiries and troubleshooting technical problems
• Deliver attentive responses that demonstrate thorough understanding of customer concerns, offering step-by-step guidance and solutions
• Anticipate and proactively address potential issues before they impact the customer experience
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers
• Contribute to the creation and updating of knowledge base articles for internal and customer reference
• Demonstrate empathy and active listening skills, communicating complex technical concepts clearly
• Adhere to quality standards in all customer interactions and participate in regular training sessions
• Collaborate with other teams to identify recurring problems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in customer service, with a focus on live interactions via chat, email, and/or phone channels
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting technical queries
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills to C2 level
• Proficient in troubleshooting orders, shipping, connectivity, and operational issues
• Growth-oriented, curious mindset with ability to adapt to changing policies and guidelines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting US and/or UK customers is an advantage
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and commitment to exceeding customer expectations
• Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism
