Customer Success Manager – Flemish speaker

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential automotive technology organization seeking a Customer Success Manager with native Flemish language skills to join their growing team in Paris, France.

Our client is a leading European provider of AI-powered sales and marketing solutions for the automotive sector. They work with manufacturers and dealerships across the continent, delivering CRM, inventory management, predictive analytics, and digital advertising tools that transform how vehicles are sold and how customer relationships are managed.

This is a permanent, full-time position offering hybrid work arrangements with occasional field visits to client sites.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their entire lifecycle, taking full ownership of account management
• Lead customer onboarding from contract signature through successful product go-live, ensuring alignment with dealer digital strategies and service level agreements
• Conduct structured onboarding sessions, translate client requirements into delivery briefs, and coordinate cross-functional execution
• Drive product adoption, prevent churn, and execute upselling and cross-selling activities to meet individual and team revenue targets
• Provide ongoing expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and lead management strategies
• Track and report on key account metrics including NPS, retention rates, time-to-go-live, and product adoption
• Bridge communication between business requirements and technical delivery teams

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success, ideally within a SaaS or digital product environment
• Strong account management or customer success background, with particular strength in end-to-end customer onboarding ownership
• Deep understanding of the B2B automotive dealer sector and web technologies (CMS, SEO concepts) or SaaS industry experience
• Project management capabilities with proven ability to coordinate between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Native Flemish speaker with fluency in French and English
• Proactive, goal-oriented approach with genuine passion for digital technologies and automotive innovation
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategy and lead management methodologies

Pay

Salary range: €40,000-€50,000 depending on experience, plus commission plan between 10-20% of fixed salary. Additional benefits include relocation support, meal vouchers (€8 per day worked), eco vouchers, hospitalization insurance, mobile phone and SIM, and access to company discount programs.
