Senior B2B Marketing Operations Executive

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential client in the food-tech sector who is looking for a Senior B2B Marketing Operations Executive to join their team in London. In this role, you will own both the technical build and strategic design of partner lifecycle programmes across email, WhatsApp, and in-app channels.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Owning end-to-end execution of partner lifecycle and ad-hoc email and WhatsApp campaigns, from audience build through to send and quality assurance
• Designing and continuously improving lifecycle programmes, using performance data to iterate on messaging, cadence, and segmentation
• Building and maintaining SQL-based audience queries, AMPscript personalisation, and HTML email templates within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Tracking and reporting on campaign and lifecycle performance metrics, turning results into clear recommendations for stakeholders
• Partnering with cross-functional teams across commercial, content, and data functions to scope and prioritise campaign requests

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a candidate with hands-on experience in enterprise marketing automation and the technical skills to execute complex B2B communications at scale. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience building and executing email campaigns in an enterprise marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud highly preferred)
• Proficiency writing SQL queries to build and troubleshoot audience segments
• Experience with HTML and a scripting or templating language such as AMPscript or Liquid for email personalisation
• Experience designing lifecycle or CRM marketing programmes and tracking their performance against defined metrics
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaign requests

In your first 90 days, you will get hands-on with campaign builds, audience SQL, and quality assurance processes. Over the following months, you will take on end-to-end ownership of lifecycle programme design, using performance data to shape segmentation, messaging, and cadence.
