Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across the business to develop investment decision-making frameworks and drive strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment
• Own complex financial models and analyses to help balance aggressive growth with long-term profitability objectives
• Lead high-impact modelling exercises to support key initiatives, sizing new opportunities and building business cases for innovative product launches
• Track and analyse key financial and business KPIs to uncover trends, assess current and future risks, and identify new market opportunities
• Lead special projects to automate and scale forecasting and reporting tools, ensuring methodologies evolve alongside business needs
• Work closely with operators and departmental leaders to develop new policies and ensure day-to-day execution aligns with financial targets
• Manage and mentor team members, building a high-performing finance function

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking, ideally within a high-growth tech environment
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring teams, with a passion for developing talent and building best-in-class finance operations
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic thinking across a matrixed organization
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with the ability to build robust, complex financial models that translate data into actionable insights
• Experience owning forecasts and budgets for major functional areas, working directly with operators to achieve performance targets
• SQL proficiency or strong willingness to learn to manipulate large datasets and uncover business insights
• Experience supporting strategic decision-making at a senior level in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance detail-oriented work with big-picture strategic thinking
