Your Responsibilities
- Advise farmers and agricultural clients on crop management, soil health, and nutrient strategies
- Conduct field assessments and soil analysis to guide farm management decisions
- Identify and recommend solutions for crop pests, diseases, and environmental challenges
- Support agronomic field trials and collect data to inform product development
- Collaborate with regional and technical teams to deliver tailored agricultural advice
- Maintain detailed records of farm visits, assessments, and agronomic recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or closely related agricultural science
- Strong knowledge of soil science, crop physiology, and plant nutrition
- Ability to communicate agronomic guidance clearly to farmers and stakeholders
- Willingness to conduct fieldwork and travel to farming areas in the region
- Meticulous approach to record-keeping and data documentation
- Commitment to sustainable and responsible agricultural practices
