Position Summary

This entry-level sales role is designed for ambitious university graduates ready to develop expertise in the insurance sector. You'll work within our Bryanston office as part of a collaborative team, learning professional sales practices, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth. This position offers hands-on experience and mentorship to help you establish a strong commercial foundation at the start of your career.

Your Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to identify and understand their insurance requirements
• Present and explain insurance products, coverage options and policy details with clarity
• Support the sales team in building lasting client relationships and managing leads
• Research products, maintain accurate client records and track interactions
• Follow up with prospective clients and assist in progressing sales opportunities
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet targets and contribute process improvements

Requirements

• Completed university degree or equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid interpersonal abilities with the capacity to build rapport across diverse client groups
• Sound analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrable ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
• Organised, detail-oriented work approach
