Staff Product Manager, People Product

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the pre-boarding and onboarding product experience across a global, multi-brand environment. Based in London and working with international teams, you will drive the end-to-end product roadmap for new hire experiences from offer acceptance through full onboarding.

In this role, you will:

• Own product strategy and execution for pre-boarding and onboarding systems spanning multiple brands and regions, ensuring new hires are equipped and productive from day one
• Design cross-functional experiences connecting People and IT workflows—provisioning, access setup, equipment delivery, documentation, and early enablement—into a cohesive journey
• Define and track key metrics including time-to-productivity, new-hire satisfaction, day-one readiness, and operational efficiency to prioritize work and demonstrate impact
• Build scalable, modular product capabilities such as task orchestration, status visibility, and manager/new-hire dashboards that reduce manual processes across geographies and organizations
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, People/HR, and IT to translate complex cross-functional needs into intuitive product solutions
• Navigate multi-region legal and compliance requirements, regional variations, and change management without disrupting critical hiring moments
• Set product vision and influence senior stakeholders across People and IT functions, building alignment on shared onboarding strategy
• Model strong product judgment by defining clear problem statements, scoping intentional MVPs, and investing in compounding foundations

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record building and shipping products end-to-end—from problem definition through delivery and iteration—ideally in People/HR, IT, or complex cross-functional environments
• Experience designing products and workflows spanning multiple functions, systems, and stakeholders while turning complexity into simple, usable experiences
• Comfort working with both custom-built tools and third-party SaaS platforms, including cross-system data integration
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to defining success, prioritizing initiatives, and measuring impact
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with proven capability to explain product decisions clearly and influence senior leaders across functions and brands
• Experience operating across regions, legal contexts, or multiple brands, building products that function effectively in global environments
• Ability to deliver high-quality products in fast-moving organizations, balancing speed, risk, and technical constraints
