Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential SaaS client in the digital retail technology space. As an Account Executive, you will own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract closure. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities with brands and retailers across Europe
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through proactive engagement
- Creating proposals, contracts, and conducting negotiations to close deals
- Attending trade fairs and industry events to generate qualified leads
- Collaborating with product and sales leadership to refine go-to-market strategies
- Contributing to the development and implementation of sales initiatives
What We're Looking For
Our client seeks a driven sales professional with:
- 1-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- A hunter mentality with proven ability to acquire new customers and exceed targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Demonstrated track record of overachievement and consistently hitting sales quotas
- Strong relationship-building skills and passion for creating lasting customer partnerships
- Ability to work in Berlin, Germany

Pay
Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process. The role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure, with an on-target earnings range of approximately €100,000-€120,000.
