Ad Solutions & Campaign Management Intern

Our talent team is representing a confidential global media organization with a prestigious presence in Paris. We're seeking an Ad Solutions & Campaign Management Intern to support the post-sale creative production, trafficking, delivery, and reporting of digital campaigns across a premium publisher portfolio.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Support creative production: Compile specs and example executions based on media plans, review assets for technical compliance, customise units using CSS3, and test ads across browsers, screen sizes, and devices
• Manage campaign setup: Collect and validate creative assets and tracking tags, traffic campaigns in GAM, AdSwizz, and LiveIntent
• Monitor live campaigns: Review pacing and delivery reports, flag under-delivery or issues promptly, and support optimisations based on performance and client objectives
• Contribute to reporting: Pull performance data from ad servers and platforms, assist in preparing client-facing reports and post-campaign summaries
• Support daily operations: Collaborate with Sales, Planning, and internal stakeholders on campaign tasks, and maintain internal dashboards and trackers

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Interest in digital advertising
• Experience working with numbers and spreadsheets (basic formulas, filtering, pivot tables in Excel/Google Sheets)
• Detailed and structured working style
• Ability to prioritize competing programs, responsibilities, and projects
• Professional proficiency in English
• Must be eligible for a French "Convention de stage" (internship agreement)
• Right to work in France for the full 6-month internship duration

Preferred:

• Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts (impressions, clicks, CTR, viewability, targeting)
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Exposure to ad serving, analytics, or marketing platforms (Google Ad Manager, campaign management tools, web analytics)
• Experience with datasets, reporting, or dashboards
• Previous internship or work experience in media, advertising, marketing, or related field
• Professional proficiency in French

How We Work with You

This is a 6-month hybrid internship starting in September, based in Paris. You can expect to be in the office approximately 3 days per week.
