EU Digital Wealth Channel Marketing Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading international asset management firm seeking an experienced Digital Wealth Channel Marketing Manager to establish and lead their proposition in Germany. This is a newly created role offering the chance to shape how a major European investment manager brings its ETF capabilities to digitally engaged investors across the German market.

Our client is a well-established financial services organization with deep expertise in passive investment strategies and a strong track record of serving institutional and retail clients globally. They are now expanding their digital wealth presence in Continental Europe and need a commercially minded marketing leader to drive this growth.

Based in Germany, you will work closely with distribution teams and colleagues across product marketing, brand, content, digital, events, and communications to turn investment propositions into clear, engaging customer experiences. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, requiring someone who can set direction while remaining comfortable executing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the Digital Wealth marketing strategy for Germany
• Partner with Distribution colleagues to align marketing activity with commercial priorities
• Build relationships with online brokers, neo-brokers, robo-advisers, and digital wealth partners
• Create and localise campaigns, content, and educational materials for German investors
• Coordinate activity across product marketing, brand, content, digital, PR, and events
• Use customer, campaign, and competitor insight to optimise marketing investment
• Measure performance against clear KPIs and communicate results to stakeholders
• Ensure marketing activity meets regulatory, governance, and data-protection requirements

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in Digital Wealth, investment-platform, or D2C financial-services marketing
• Detailed understanding of ETFs and the German retail investment landscape
• Proven track record developing and delivering customer-led digital marketing campaigns
• Evidence of building productive commercial or platform partnerships
• Strong stakeholder-management skills within a complex or matrix organisation
• Understanding of the regulations governing D2C financial marketing in Germany
• Excellent German and English communication skills
• Collaborative, commercially minded approach with willingness to combine strategy with delivery
