Responsibilities

Our client, a confidential events and professional community organization, is seeking an Email Campaign Associate to join their London team. In this role, you will take ownership of multi-channel marketing initiatives including:

• Managing email marketing campaigns: copywriting, design, strategy and performance optimization for newsletters, product updates and promotional communications
• Growing and managing social media presence across LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter, testing new content formats and engagement strategies
• Creating graphic design assets to maintain visual identity across all marketing channels
• Optimizing website design, SEO activities and user experience
• Tracking analytics to measure and improve performance metrics across all channels, working toward challenging KPIs
• Managing paid advertising and PPC campaigns
• Collaborating cross-functionally to identify valuable content and communicate marketing progress

What We're Looking For

Our client welcomes candidates at various experience levels, as comprehensive training is provided. Essential requirements include:

• UK work authorization
• Bachelor's or Master's degree completed or in progress
• Relentless drive and commitment to excellence
• Strong work ethic with high sense of urgency
• Proactive ownership mentality and follow-through on commitments
• Curiosity about people and passion for building relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities with capacity to structure and prioritize work effectively

This is an onsite position Monday through Friday at offices near Buckingham Gate in London, with occasional travel opportunities for conferences.
