Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential professional events organization seeking an Email Campaign Specialist to join their marketing team in London. In this role, you will take ownership of email marketing initiatives that drive engagement and registrations for industry events.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Managing email marketing campaigns, segmenting databases, and maximizing revenue opportunities from CRM and customer data
• Copywriting and designing emails and email campaigns to promote webinars and conferences, collaborating with graphic design support
• Analyzing campaign performance and continuously improving future strategies
• Acquiring and activating reactive leads through targeted outreach
• Coordinating with content and sales teams to ensure messaging reaches the right target audience
• Driving ticket sales and event registrations by managing the marketing inbox

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a candidate with exceptional work ethic and a strong sense of urgency. The ideal Email Campaign Specialist will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing execution.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with outstanding academic results
• UK work permit (required)
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to take ownership of projects and follow through on commitments

This is an office-based position in London (near Victoria Station), Monday through Friday, with no remote work options available. Start date is flexible.
