Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential professional events and media organization seeking an Email Marketing Associate to join their marketing team in London. In this role, you will take ownership of email marketing execution and drive engagement with their community of finance and business professionals.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Managing email marketing campaigns and segmenting databases to maximize engagement and revenue opportunities from CRM systems
• Copywriting and collaborating on email design to promote webinars, conferences, and other professional events
• Analyzing campaign performance data and implementing improvements to future strategies
• Acquiring and activating leads through targeted email outreach
• Coordinating with content and sales teams to ensure messaging reaches the appropriate audience segments
• Managing the marketing inbox to drive event registrations and ticket sales

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks someone with exceptional drive and attention to detail who can thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• A bachelor's or master's degree with strong academic results
• Current UK work authorization
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with meticulous attention to detail
• High sense of urgency and ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish
• Proactive approach and commitment to following through on responsibilities

Location: London office (Victoria Station area), Monday through Friday on-site. Remote work is not available for this position.
