Danish Speaker email marketing internship

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential events and media organization seeking a Danish-speaking Email Marketing Intern for a 6-month placement starting in January, based in London.

In this role, you will support email marketing campaigns for industry conferences and media publications. Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Planning email marketing campaign calendars aligned with broader marketing initiatives
• Drafting and responding to outreach emails to senior executives and industry leaders
• Managing the full email marketing workflow, from planning and briefing creative teams to building campaigns in email service platforms
• Researching new themes and content ideas to keep campaigns relevant and engaging
• Analyzing campaign data, extracting metrics, and interpreting performance to inform future strategy
• Collaborating across teams to ensure cohesive monthly campaign execution

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in Danish and English
• Strong interest in marketing, particularly email marketing and digital communications
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Research skills and creative thinking for campaign development
• Comfort with data analysis and performance reporting
• Availability for a 6-month internship starting January
• Willingness to work full-time from the London office (near Victoria station) Monday through Friday; remote work is not available
• Interest in gaining hands-on experience in a growing organization

This internship offers the chance to develop transferable skills in project management, outreach, research, and cross-functional collaboration. There may be opportunities to travel for conferences and events.
