Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential security technology organization seeking a Technical Support Engineer for their Paris office. In this role, you will:

• Manage service-level agreements and respond to technical client requests within defined timeframes
• Serve as the primary technical liaison, building trust and maintaining strong client relationships across the EMEA region
• Perform occasional on-site technical interventions and installations
• Create technical documentation and knowledge-base articles addressing recurring issues
• Escalate complex problems through appropriate internal channels
• Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and professional services teams to deliver exceptional support

What We're Looking For

Our client needs a technically skilled professional who can communicate effectively across multiple languages and build lasting client relationships. Key requirements include:

• Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Professional fluency in English, Spanish, and French (additional languages are a strong plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to make quick decisions
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service roles preferred
• Solid understanding of Windows operating systems and core components
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting network equipment (switches, routers)
• Knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and storage solutions
• Familiarity with server virtualization and client/server architectures
• Expertise in video surveillance systems (CCTV, IP cameras, encoders, DVRs, storage arrays)
• Bonus: knowledge of license plate recognition systems, access control hardware, programming languages (C#, Visual Basic, PowerShell), or Microsoft SQL Server

Pay
