Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential events and media organization seeking a CRM Email Strategist to join their marketing team in London. In this role, you will:
- Manage email marketing campaigns and segment databases to maximize revenue opportunities from the CRM and customer database
- Copywrite and collaborate with design resources to create emails and campaigns promoting industry events including webinars and conferences
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize future strategies based on data-driven insights
- Acquire and activate reactive leads through targeted email outreach
- Coordinate with content and sales teams to ensure messaging reaches the appropriate target audiences
- Drive ticket sales and registrations by managing the marketing inbox and responding to inquiries
