Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential BPO organization seeking a Remote Customer Care Specialist fluent in German and English, based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
In this role, you will:
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email in German and English
- Take ownership of situations and make informed decisions to resolve customer contacts effectively
- Advise and inform customers about products and services while meeting departmental productivity and quality standards
- Process customer requests accurately and promptly according to predefined rules, escalating when necessary
- Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions aligned with key performance indicators
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to update electronic records with precision
- Provide proactive support to colleagues and collaborate within the team environment
What We're Looking For
- Excellent command of German (C1 level required)
- Strong English language skills (minimum B2 level)
- Previous contact center or customer-facing experience is advantageous
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in products, procedures, and technologies
- Demonstrated excellent attendance record and time management skills
- Solid computer proficiency
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
