Assistant.e Chef(fe) de projet évènementiel (stage)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential innovation consultancy in Paris seeking an Assistant Project Manager for a 6-month internship. You will support our client's team in delivering intrapreneurship programs, collective intelligence workshops, participatory innovation experiences, and training initiatives.

Project Management Support:

• Frame, track, and coordinate projects through presentations, reports, facilitation documents, and progress tracking
• Ensure optimal coordination and engagement of all project stakeholders

Innovation Program Organization:

• Support the team across all project phases: design, idea calls, selection processes, team formation, coaching, and physical event organization
• Contribute to organizing workshops and events for clients, including ideation sessions, coaching meetings, and hackathons
• Manage event logistics and operations
• Participate in facilitating innovation experiences inspired by Design Thinking and Lean Startup methodologies

These responsibilities will involve working with major enterprise clients on collaborative innovation initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Master's student having completed first year, seeking a 6-month end-of-studies internship
• Passion for innovation and collective intelligence
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office)
• Willingness to learn new platforms such as MailChimp, Klaxoon, Canva, and Mural
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to adapt communication style for diverse stakeholders including project managers, designers, facilitators, partners, and client decision-makers
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, comfortable in international environments
• Demonstrated experience and strong interest in event planning and management
• Ability to work autonomously with accountability in a small team environment
