Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential HR technology community in their search for an Email Campaign Specialist based in London. In this role, you will own the email marketing function and drive engagement with industry events and content. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing email marketing campaigns and segmenting databases to maximize revenue opportunities from CRM and customer data
• Copywriting and collaborating with design resources to create compelling emails and campaigns that drive event registrations
• Acquiring and activating reactive leads through strategic email outreach
• Coordinating with Content and Sales teams to ensure campaigns reach the right target audiences
• Managing the marketing inbox to drive ticket sales and event registrations
• Continuously analyzing campaign performance and implementing improvements to future strategies

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a driven marketing professional with exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's or master's degree with strong academic results
• UK work authorization (required)
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• A proactive approach with high sense of urgency and ownership
• Experience or passion for email marketing and campaign management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

This is an in-office position Monday through Friday at a location near Victoria Station in London. Remote work is not available for this role. Start date is flexible.
