Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media and events organization in their search for an Email Content Manager based in London. In this role, you will own the email marketing function and drive engagement with industry professionals. Your core responsibilities include:

• Managing email marketing campaigns and segmenting databases to maximize revenue opportunities from CRM systems
• Copywriting and collaborating on email design to promote webinars, conferences, and industry events
• Acquiring and activating reactive leads through strategic email outreach
• Coordinating with Content and Sales teams to ensure campaigns reach the right target audience
• Driving ticket sales and event registrations by managing the marketing inbox
• Continuously analyzing campaign performance and optimizing future strategies

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a candidate with exceptional drive and a strong work ethic. The ideal Email Content Manager will demonstrate:

• A bachelor's or master's degree with strong academic results
• UK work authorization (required)
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with meticulous attention to detail
• Proactive ownership mentality and ability to follow through on commitments
• Experience or passion for marketing, particularly email campaign management
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment

This is an office-based role in London (Victoria Station area) Monday through Friday with no remote work option. Start date is flexible.
