Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential cloud data platform organization in their search for a Sr. Manager, Field Engineering UAE. This senior leadership role will be based in Paris and involves leading a technical pre-sales team serving the UAE market.

As the Field Engineering Manager, you will build and mentor a high-performing team of Solutions Architects and Solutions Engineers, driving revenue growth through strategic technical partnerships with enterprise customers across the UAE region.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor and develop a pre-sales team focused on the UAE market
• Build and sustain a collaborative, customer-focused culture within a rapidly growing technical team
• Maximize the return on investment of Solutions Architect involvement throughout complex sales cycles
• Champion solution-based and value-driven selling methodologies across the field engineering organization
• Demonstrate deep understanding of customer needs and revenue opportunities within assigned regional accounts
• Engage directly with senior customer executives to establish and strengthen strategic partnerships
• Coordinate closely with partners and internal services teams to develop and execute implementation strategies
• Serve as a member of the regional leadership team, working collaboratively with marketing and sales functions

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing teams of Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS technical professionals
• Background in consumption-based business models
• Demonstrated success mentoring and scaling technical teams in high-growth environments
• Track record of implementing processes that drive efficiency and product focus among technical field members
• Strong ability to partner and collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Passion for data and AI technologies with the ability to articulate compelling value propositions
• Technical or consulting background in Data Engineering, Database technologies, or Data Science
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Prior experience working with clients in the UAE market
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (required)
• Must be located within commutable distance of Paris
