Technical Account Manager – France

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential enterprise software client seeking a Technical Account Manager to support strategic accounts in France. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 3 high-value clients, serving as their primary technical advisor and trusted partner.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with customers and internal account teams to identify priorities and develop comprehensive engagement plans
• Managing project milestones in partnership with Customer Success Managers, contributing to deliverables and providing regular status updates
• Serving as the central point for client technical information and contributing to overall account strategy
• Providing hands-on technical guidance across platform architecture, deployment, operations, upgrades, security, data management, and compute resources
• Assisting clients with system integration and troubleshooting technical challenges
• Advising client technology leaders on complementary technologies and long-term technical strategy
• Capturing client feedback and feature requests to inform product development teams
• Supporting advanced use cases involving edge computing, deep learning, and MLOps
• Contributing to team growth through documentation, process improvements, and knowledge sharing

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
• Professional proficiency in both French and English
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills
• Experience supporting both pre-sales and post-sales engagements
• Proficiency in Linux system administration, including networking
• Experience with identity and access management tools (LDAP, Kerberos, Active Directory, IAM)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes ecosystem for setup, administration, troubleshooting and tuning
• Familiarity with Hadoop and/or Spark ecosystems

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Python
• Data science knowledge
• Basic knowledge of Java
• Familiarity with ML-Ops practices and tools
