About This Role

We are representing a confidential healthtech organization in Nigeria that is seeking a Talent Development Associate to drive learning and development initiatives. This role will focus on identifying talent needs, designing impactful training programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on creating and revising Learning and Development policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals and performance management metrics
  • Conduct thorough Training Needs Analyses (TNAs) to identify skill gaps, performance deficiencies, and learning opportunities across the organization
  • Assist in developing comprehensive training curricula based on TNA findings to address skill gaps and enhance employee competencies
  • Support implementation of structured training programs to equip employees with necessary knowledge and skills
  • Contribute to development and implementation of effective onboarding curricula for new employees
  • Communicate changes to policies, procedures, and training initiatives through clear communications and training sessions
  • Ensure proper utilization of the Learning Management System (LMS) to enhance metrics and streamline processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including People Partners, Division Leads, and senior leadership to align talent development efforts with organizational objectives

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in talent development, learning and development, or organizational development preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to support talent development initiatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Certification in talent development or related field is a plus
