About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential residential care facility in Berlin-Kreuzberg that is seeking a qualified nursing professional (Pflegefachkraft stationär) to join their established team. Our client operates a 30-resident care home serving primarily chronically ill seniors, where dignity, quality of life, and independence are central to their care philosophy.

This position is available immediately in both full-time and part-time capacities. The facility maintains a small, experienced team with short decision-making chains and a direct, uncomplicated working culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care and support to residents according to current professional standards
• Plan, implement, and document the complete care process for assigned residents
• Administer medications and carry out physician-ordered medical measures
• Monitor residents' health status and initiate appropriate interventions when changes occur
• Advise and support residents as well as their family members
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care delivery

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training as a qualified nursing professional (Pflegefachkraft)
• Experience in residential/inpatient care settings is desirable
• Clear ability to prioritize tasks and maintain reliable communication
• Enthusiasm for strengthening team dynamics and contributing to a positive work environment
• Willingness to take on responsibility and help shape operational processes
