Paid Social & Analytics Manager (m/f/d)

Our talent team is representing a confidential sustainable consumer goods company in their search for a Paid Social & Analytics Manager. This remote position offers the opportunity to drive performance marketing across multiple European markets for a mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage META advertising accounts across multiple European markets, handling campaign setup, structuring, targeting, and ongoing optimization
• Plan and execute growth-focused campaigns aimed at new customer acquisition in DACH, France, Italy, and additional markets
• Conduct comprehensive funnel analyses, A/B testing, and creative performance evaluations using analytics platforms including Tableau, META Business Manager, and spreadsheet tools
• Define product bundling strategies and collaborate on testing frameworks for new product launches aligned with business objectives
• Coordinate cross-market performance reporting, contribute to OKR planning, and deliver data-based recommendations to leadership
• Monitor platform algorithm changes and implement best practices across paid social channels

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on META performance marketing experience within D2C companies or fast-paced agency environments at significant scale
• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas) and exposure to Tableau or GA4
• Current knowledge of META advertising best practices, algorithm updates, and emerging ad formats
• Performance-oriented mindset with understanding of growth metrics including CAC, conversion rates, and revenue optimization
• Fluency in English required; German, French, or Italian language skills are a significant advantage
• Bonus: Experience managing TikTok or Pinterest advertising campaigns
• Proactive, team-oriented work style with commitment to sustainability-focused business goals
