Responsibilities
We are representing a federal IT consulting firm seeking a leader to build and execute their Alliant 3 task order strategy from the ground up. You will own the entire pipeline development process, establish qualification and capture frameworks, and create sustainable processes for identifying and pursuing opportunities.
Your focus will include a phased 90-day initial effort targeting core federal customers and technical capabilities including the U.S. Navy, DevSecOps, software development, data analytics, and AI/ML initiatives.
- Build and manage the Alliant 3 task order pipeline from initial concept through qualification
- Identify and qualify opportunities aligned with the organization's technical capabilities and federal customer base
- Establish repeatable capture processes and opportunity review cadences
- Analyze upcoming Alliant 2 and Alliant 3 task orders and recompete opportunities
- Develop Navy-focused opportunity strategies and capture plans
- Coordinate across business development, capture teams, and technical leadership
- Deliver measurable milestones throughout the initial 90-day program phase
What We're Looking For
- Strong track record with Alliant 2 and/or Alliant 3 vehicles and task order dynamics
- Proven federal IT business development and pipeline development experience
- Demonstrated capture management expertise with measurable win outcomes
- Ability to independently build and own programs in fast-paced environments
- Experience with Navy or DoD customers strongly preferred
- Understanding of DevSecOps, software development, data analytics, or AI/ML markets a plus
- Self-starter who can establish processes and frameworks without extensive oversight
