Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their growing product team in the UK. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will own product initiatives end-to-end and operate with significant autonomy to drive measurable business impact.

In this role, you will:

  • Set product direction and priorities by synthesizing company goals, stakeholder needs, customer insights, market context, data analysis, and technical considerations to identify high-impact opportunities
  • Define problems and user experiences before jumping to solutions, creating clear user stories and journey maps that give Design and Engineering teams the context they need to determine optimal solutions
  • Lead product initiatives from discovery through delivery, rollout, and iteration, partnering closely with Engineering to manage scope, make pragmatic trade-offs, and deliver valuable solutions quickly
  • Make sound product decisions by balancing customer needs, business requirements, commercial impact, user experience quality, and technical constraints while building alignment across the organization
  • Develop product opportunities with external technology partners, building relationships to uncover integration possibilities, align roadmaps, and navigate product and commercial considerations
  • Orchestrate successful product launches and drive adoption by coordinating across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other departments to ensure the business is prepared and customers realize value
  • Communicate with clarity throughout the product lifecycle, keeping leadership and cross-functional teams informed of decisions, progress, risks, changes, and outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • Strong track record of owning B2B SaaS products end-to-end, from problem identification through delivery, adoption, and demonstrable customer and business outcomes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of complex problems, bring structure to ambiguous situations, and use both evidence and judgment to chart the right path forward
  • High degree of independence and initiative—you proactively seek out customers, stakeholders, data, and context rather than waiting for direction, while staying aligned to organizational goals and priorities
  • Strong business and commercial awareness with curiosity about how the broader company operates, enabling you to understand competing needs and make pragmatic decisions beyond product boundaries
  • Technical fluency sufficient to work effectively with Engineering teams, understand systems and integrations, ask insightful questions, and contribute meaningfully to solution and scope discussions
  • Exceptional communication abilities across audiences—you create clarity, influence decisions, surface difficult trade-offs, and adapt your style when speaking with customers, engineers, leadership, and various business functions
  • Comfort operating externally as well as internally, building productive relationships with technology partners, identifying shared opportunities, and navigating product, technical, and commercial conversations
  • Strong product sense and user experience orientation—you care about the coherence and quality of the complete experience, not just whether individual requirements have been delivered
