We are representing a confidential healthtech organization seeking a Corporate Development Analyst intern for a 6-month placement beginning January 2027. This role sits at the intersection of corporate finance, strategy, and investor relations, reporting to senior leadership.
As a Corporate Development Analyst intern, you will be fully integrated into the team and work closely with all members on:
- Supporting strategic planning initiatives and preparing presentations for executive leadership
- Monitoring activity across the digital health and technology ecosystem (innovations, acquisitions, geographic expansion)
- Contributing to AI transformation projects: identifying workflows for automation, testing and deploying AI agents, measuring impact
- Supporting M&A target origination and deal execution: company valuation, due diligence participation, preparing decision documents for executive and board review
- Assisting with current and prospective investor relations management
What We're Looking For
Our client seeks candidates with:
- Final-year master's level studies (bac+5 equivalent) or second-year gap year internship, with a background in finance, business, or engineering with strong analytical focus
- Prior experience in Strategy and/or Corporate Finance (consulting firm, investment banking, corporate M&A, VC, or PE)
- Demonstrated leadership, autonomy in work, and comfort taking initiative
- Fluent French and professional-level English
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (or Google Suite equivalents)
Ideal candidates will also have:
- Enthusiasm for working in a high-growth technology environment
- Interest in the healthcare sector and desire for meaningful societal impact

Position Details
