Nous représentons un client dans le secteur de la santé numérique qui recherche un(e) stagiaire Social Media Manager B2C pour rejoindre son équipe Marketing Patient à Paris.
Vos responsabilités incluront:
- Modération des communautés: gérer les interactions sur différents canaux sociaux (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, avis en ligne). Cela inclut la modération des commentaires et messages privés.
- Reporting des performances: collecter, analyser et interpréter les données issues des campagnes social media pour évaluer leur impact, suivre les KPIs et améliorer constamment les contenus.
- Production de contenus: participer à la création de contenus engageants pour différents canaux orientés grand public, incluant le brainstorming créatif, la création de visuels et vidéos courtes, et la collaboration avec les équipes internes et créateurs de contenu externes.
Ce que nous recherchons
Le candidat idéal possède:
- Formation en communication, marketing, design ou équivalent, avec une spécialisation en digital ou social media
- Une première expérience en community management ou production de contenus (un plus)
- D'excellentes capacités rédactionnelles en français et maîtrise de l'anglais
- Maîtrise des plateformes sociales (Meta, TikTok), outils de planification (Asana, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite) et outils de création (Suite Adobe, Figma, Canva, CapCut)
- Créativité, proactivité et rigueur dans l'exécution
