About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential SaaS organization in the enterprise learning technology space. We are seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant based in the UK to lead complex client implementations with significant autonomy and strategic impact.

In this senior delivery role, you will serve as a trusted advisor guiding multi-stakeholder enterprise engagements, translating business objectives into platform solutions, and mentoring implementation team members. This position sits at the intersection of learning strategy and AI-powered configuration, with clear advancement potential toward principal or team lead responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations for enterprise customers, owning platform configuration and deployment across multiple solution areas
• Facilitate discovery workshops that define learning strategy, AI use cases, and measurable client outcomes with stakeholder groups
• Partner with technical teams on integration strategy, including SSO, HRIS feeds, and content integrations
• Own project plans, risk logs, and executive status reporting for complex, multi-stakeholder engagements
• Monitor implementation health, surface risks early, and manage escalations independently
• Manage scope and change requests across technical, functional, and business audiences
• Identify opportunities for expanded services or additional platform adoption in partnership with revenue teams
• Mentor implementation consultants on platform configuration, delivery practices, and client communication
• Build reusable playbooks and enablement content for the wider implementation team
• Contribute tested AI-driven ideas quarterly to improve delivery efficiency or client experience
• Advocate for data hygiene practices to ensure reliability of AI-assisted analysis

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong track record steering complex implementations and managing direct delivery for large-scale enterprise clients in professional services
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate initiatives and own multiple concurrent workstreams spanning functional, technical, and business stakeholders
• Proven expertise directing multi-stream SaaS initiatives across business and technical groups during sophisticated rollouts
• Fluency translating platform capability into business strategy for VP and C-level audiences
• Working knowledge of how LMS, LXP, content providers, skills platforms, and HRIS systems connect and exchange data
• Understanding of how to define use cases for AI-enabled features and set measurable success criteria within enterprise governance frameworks
• Proficiency identifying delivery risk early and negotiating scope changes without stalling projects
• Skilled at running discovery sessions that surface learning strategy and value hypotheses with client stakeholders
• Proven ability to integrate AI utilities into daily tasks as an established routine

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience implementing learning experience platforms or similar enterprise learning systems
• Background in Learning & Development strategy or organizational change management
• Familiarity with HR technology ecosystems and enterprise data integrations
• Experience delivering implementations in North American and Latin American markets
• Proficiency in a language beyond English
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £115,000 - £122,500 GBP annually. Actual compensation within this range is based on skills, experience, certifications, and internal equity considerations.
