We are representing a well-established home care services organization seeking an experienced educator or care professional to transition into a leadership role. Our client operates throughout Germany and has grown significantly since 2018. This remote leadership position allows you to manage a regional team of household support staff without the stress of understaffing, constant noise, and time pressure that many educational and care settings experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the regional representative and primary contact for your assigned territory
• Recruit, build, and coordinate your own team of household support professionals
• Ensure quality care delivery to clients throughout your region
• Implement marketing and outreach initiatives to grow your team and client base
• Maintain communication with central office and represent your region in organizational decisions
• Manage scheduling, quality assurance, and team development
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to your household support staff

What We're Looking For

• Qualified professionals with credentials in education or care: Erzieher/in, Psychologe/in, Sozialpädagoge, Diplompädagoge/in, Heilpädagoge, Pflegefachfrau/mann, Gesundheitspfleger/in, Krankenpfleger/in, Altenpfleger/in, Kinderkrankenpfleger/in, Heilerziehungspfleger/in, Hauswirtschafter/in, or similar qualifications
• Self-directed work style with strong independent decision-making abilities
• People-oriented communicator who enjoys building relationships and networks
• Detail-focused approach with commitment to sustainable, thorough work processes
• Comfortable with visibility and promoting services within your community
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher, both written and spoken
• Passion for social impact or interest in career transition from direct care roles

Work arrangement: Remote/homeoffice position based in Germany. Flexible full-time or part-time schedules available (minimum 30 hours per week). Monday through Friday with family-friendly hours. Permanent employment contract.
