Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential home care organization seeking a Team Leader to coordinate household assistance services. In this role, you will:

• Serve as the regional representative, building visibility and trust in your area
• Recruit, coordinate, and supervise a team of household assistance providers
• Ensure comprehensive support coverage for all clients requiring assistance in your district
• Implement marketing and outreach initiatives to grow your regional team and client base
• Act as the primary liaison between your district and central operations for all decisions and concerns
• Manage scheduling and team assignments to guarantee quality service delivery

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a qualified healthcare or social services professional ready for a career shift away from traditional clinical stress:

• Qualified healthcare professional: physician, registered nurse, geriatric care nurse, pediatric nurse, therapeutic education specialist, or comparable certification
• Self-directed and independent working style with strong personal accountability
• Outgoing communicator who enjoys connecting people and building community relationships
• Detail-oriented with a sustainable, thorough approach to work
• Comfortable with visibility and public-facing representation
• Passion for social impact or desire for professional reorientation outside acute care settings
• Fluent German language skills, minimum C1 level in speaking and writing

This position offers regular Monday–Friday schedules (full-time or minimum 30 hours/week), remote work flexibility, and a supportive environment without the physical strain, understaffing, or shift rotations common in traditional care roles.
