About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential home care services organization that is seeking a Team Leader for Household Support Services. This is a fully remote position based in Germany, and career changers are explicitly welcome to apply. Our client operates across multiple regions and focuses on enabling individuals to remain independent in their own homes through professional support services.

This role combines team leadership, regional marketing, client relations, and operational coordination. You will serve as the face of the organization in your assigned territory, building and managing a team of household support professionals while ensuring quality service delivery to clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary representative for your assigned region
• Execute marketing and sales initiatives to build your local team of household support staff and client base
• Coordinate and manage your team to ensure all clients in your territory receive consistent, high-quality care
• Act as the main point of contact for your region, liaising with central operations on all matters and decisions
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, team members, and community stakeholders
• Build visibility and brand presence within your local market
• Work collaboratively with central support teams who provide operational and administrative assistance

• Detail-oriented work style with focus on thoroughness and sustainability
• Comfortable being visible in your community and promoting services publicly
• Open to career changers—previous experience in home care is not required
• Very strong German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
• Available for full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (minimum 30 hours/week)
• Monday–Friday availability preferred
