Junior Full Stack Developer (All Genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential accessibility technology company in their search for a Junior Full Stack Developer. In this role, you will:

• Maintain, configure, and extend operational CRM and business management systems including customer relationship management, help desk, accounting, and document signing platforms
• Develop automation workflows and business logic using Deluge scripting language, Python, and JavaScript including scheduled jobs and client-side scripts
• Build and improve LLM-powered solutions by creating AI agents and automations based on large language models, developing and testing prompts, maintaining knowledge bases and training data, and systematically measuring improvement in results
• Design and implement data exchange between systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms
• Debug integrations and resolve data quality issues by reading logs, tracking API calls, identifying root causes, and implementing clean solutions
• Support internal stakeholders by translating process requirements into functional, maintainable technical solutions
• Document your solutions to ensure they remain understandable for yourself and others
• Contribute to frontend and UI work within CRM interfaces

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates with:

• Completed degree (or near completion) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, a technical field, or comparable qualification
• Genuine interest in AI and LLM topics with enthusiasm for hands-on practical work in this space
• Solid foundation in at least one scripting language such as JavaScript or Python
• Understanding of how REST APIs function including HTTP methods, status codes, JSON, and authentication mechanisms like API keys and OAuth2 basics
• Basic knowledge of relational data models and how business data is structured
• Structured, analytical working style with genuine attention to detail
• High willingness to learn, curiosity, and agility when facing change
• Strong communication skills and openness to asking questions early
• German language proficiency at minimum B2 level

Nice to have: Experience with enterprise CRM platforms, low-code automation tools, Git version control, SQL, or single sign-on concepts.
