We are representing a confidential hospitality client with multiple locations across Nordrhein-Westfalen, Deutschland. Our talent team is seeking a skilled Pizzabäcker / Pizzaiolo (m/w/d) to join their high-volume operations. This is a full-time opportunity for professionals passionate about authentic Neapolitan pizza craft.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough according to established recipes with extended fermentation techniques
• Execute pizza, appetizer, and dessert preparation in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Maintain quality standards and efficiency throughout service shifts
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Support preparation and mise en place for high-volume service periods

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a pizzaiolo or pizza maker, preferably with Neapolitan techniques
• Ability to work efficiently under high order volumes and time pressure
• Strong guest service orientation and professional demeanor
• Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic kitchen environment
• Team-oriented mindset with passion for traditional pizza craft
• Language skills: Italian and English required; German is advantageous
• Enthusiasm for quality ingredients and artisan preparation methods
