Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential hospitality organization seeking a skilled Pizzaiolo (m/w/d) for locations in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany. In this role, you will:

• Prepare authentic Neapolitan-style pizza dough following traditional recipes with extended fermentation techniques
• Execute pizza preparation and baking using high-temperature ovens
• Prepare appetizers and desserts according to established recipes
• Maintain quality standards and operational efficiency throughout your shift
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Support a fast-paced service environment with high order volumes

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates with:

• Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo or pizza chef, ideally with Neapolitan pizza
• Strong customer service orientation and hospitality mindset
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
• Team spirit and passion for traditional pizza craftsmanship
• Flexibility and reliability in dynamic work settings
• Language skills: Italian and English required; German is advantageous
• Enthusiasm for artisanal food preparation and quality ingredients
